Description
The beautifully appointed main house of Baan Ling (meaning “Monkey House”) is surrounded by lush gardens and unobstructed views of the majestic limestone cliffs. You will find yourself living in the luxury of nature in a traditional Thai wooden home. Living in the tree tops and enjoying frequent sightings of the playful dusky langurs and exotic hornbills. You are surrounded by jungle sounds and within earshot of the sea just 100 metres stroll away.
The three separate structures are connected by wooden walkways and decks.
All the main living areas are on the second level giving you a unique perspective. The master bedroom is a stand alone structure with a one of a kind outdoor shower allowing visitors to bathe in the natural beauty of the colorful cliff side and lush jungle. Top of the line furnishings and wrap around sofa make the spacious living room a comfortable place to relax.
Fully equipped western style kitchen with large fridge and freezer allows visitors to have meals prepared for them by the staff, or for the real cooking enthusiasts you will find all the necessary cooking utensils along with 4 top gas stove, electric oven and a small bbq gas grill.
Only 100 meters walk through the gardens to the famous Railay west beach on the Andaman Sea. Only 20 meters away from the limestone jungle cliffs surrounding our community property. 3 minute walking distance to many restaurants, shops and other entertainment.
Baan Ling provides generous open deck space for alfresco dining, sun lounging, wildlife watching and star gazing, while also providing plenty of covered outdoor living space to avoid mid day sun or rain showers.
The main house can be rented alone, for 2 people who prefer more rentable space and luxurious jungle living.
Guest Wing
The 2 level guest wing is attached to the main house by an open air raised walkway among frangipani tree tops. The guest wing sleeps 2 to 4 more people. This option is perfect for families and friends who want to be together but still plenty of space to enjoy individual quiet time.
